The voice of a new world of work: ReWork

 
 

In the crowded market of HR software, Cornerstone needed to be more than just another SaaS provider. They needed to become a credible, connected thought leader. In 2015 we launched ReWork, an online magazine about the future of work with the goal of showing executives how cutting-edge talent strategy can lead to true business impact. We built it into one of the leading corporate HR publications, with high profile, regular contributors including HR executives, influencers, analysts and even a cartoonist. From 2017 to 2018, we grew ReWork by 47% through a strategic distribution program including a weekly newsletter (now over 10,000 subscribers), an influencer social promotion program, and a strategic paid promotion effort.

 

Traffic to ReWork now represents more than 20% of Cornerstone’s overall web traffic. In 2019, Rework won the 2019 PRism Award in the Owned Media, Blogs category.

Since then we have helped expand the ReWork voice and point-of-view into other Cornerstone marketing content including the creation of curated ReWork guidebooks for lead-gen, SEO-driven content development, executive byline writing, and PR campaign support. In October 2019, we debuted the first season of HR Labs, our podcast for Cornerstone, that goes deep on the theme of development and differentiates it from the growing number of corporate podcasts out there today.
